Description: Manufactured on the base of imported polyurethane rubber, one component type.

Application: Prior to adhesive application to the natural leather footwear edge, the latter should be disheveled. Soles molded from TEP material prior to adhesive application should be made shaggy on the width of the lasting footwear edge, as well as from inner side of the skirting. Shaggy surface is thoroughly washed with solvent and dried at ambient temperature for 30 minutes. Adhesive application for TEP made soles is double.
Drying mode of adhesive film: 10-15 minutes after first application and 60-90 minutes after second one.
Mode of activation of adhesive film: 30 seconds at 85-90°C.
Pressing mode: 3-5 minutes at 2.5-3.0 kgs/cm2 pressure.
Fixing sole strength on 1 cm width of the lasting edge is in conformity with GOST 21463-87.
Deviation from given processing parameter is allowed in 10-15% limit, making account of production requirements of the customer.
Packing: tins — 1,8 kg or in the customer's tare under conditions of understanding capacity.
Shelf life: 12 months from date of produce.
